United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) 3000 was formed from the merger of UFCW 21 and UFCW 1439. It is the largest private-sector union in Washington, with over 50,000 members working in grocery stores, retail, health care, cannabis, meat processing, and other industry jobs in Washington, northeast Oregon, and northern Idaho.
